We have a 14-day returns policy which means you have 14 days since you received your jewelry to request a return.
We accept returns on all items - including earrings - as long as they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept earrings which have been worn.
To start a return, please contact us at support@elwery.com or contact us here and we’ll send you instructions on how to return your item(s) and get a refund (or exchange - whatever you prefer). Please kindly do not return the jewelry back to us without first contacting us.
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (5-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
